Industrial Powder Coating Services
We all want metal equipment to last longer. Powder coating gives a professional paint finish that’s more durable and resistant to rust.
An added bonus, the project gets done super-fast.

What does our powder coating process involve?
The secret lies in our attention to surface preparation, which makes the powder coat stick better.
- Surface prep – sandblasting removes grime, old paint or rust, if present.
- Acid bath for new manufactured steel items, to remove mill scale.
- Pre-treatment – a chemical wash removes any oil and residue.
- Rinse and dry.
- Spray booth – an even layer of your chosen powder is applied.
- Curing in the oven – the colour is sealed at temperatures of 180 to 200°C.
The final curing seals the finish.
